I lost 10 kg of weight and i am very fast now --- with running--- but hopefully my shredding will become fast and clean too

That's good to hear! Do you have any good tips for loosing weight (I figure playing guitar is not one of them...?!)

mmm I also think that guitar is not a synonymous of losing weight! Even less when you have a touring band that use to eat pizza all the time!

Yeah Gabriel it seems that You and Cirse are Touring a Lot and Very Success full . Cirse is a FINE BAND so Time for Europe !!!
Eat more Salat and Vegetable and some Cottage cheese and let the Beef run

Fresh Foot Vegetable and Salat less meat ( i am vegetarian so no meat but milk product`s ) less bread stuff and nudels
Regular eating time ( for me a problem yet but getting better) and no foot after 18.00 o;clock
Go for running swimming biking hiking .. all what makes fun and out on nature often as possible
and minimum 3-5 times a week while listen to your body and no hurry but always a little push
