Do you unplug the jack-cable from the input? .. if not, it will continously drain the battery

Get you a DC adapter, 20.00 or so but well worth it! you'll need to know what milli amp it runs off of and the any brand will do. Boss is most common.

Yeah , you need to unplug your guitar when you are not playing it because as soon as you plug it in it starts to drain batteries..

Yep, unplug the cord.
