Thanks a lot for your kind words!
 How did I develop it? Well it was surely long road I can tell you that! I changed it few times,used to hold pick vertically to the strings, then I had some fingers "out" of closed fist etc. But in maybe last 7-8 years this is the type I prefer and use. Anchoring wrist on the bridge,well it gives me many advantages, I can easily do palm muting,I don't much much effort in hand,only to do picking up and down. -------------------- Youtube

I see.
Well,I find it much easier to have my wrist "fixed" on bridge,less movements. You try both ways,I can't tell which one is correct cause both are fine I guess, it depends of player the most.
