For instance, if you joined a death metal band (and I know this isn't your genre probably) in Norway or Sweden or something I'd bet you'd be on your way to national tours and such. There are all types of bands from these countries that have 1/684th the talent you got man and they're touring the US and the world. Some may say they have luck, but I think location plays a massive factor in the equation.
