I had to rebot and lost this link and can't seem to pull it up again , is this possible

Have you tried reinstalling Java? What version are you using? What browser?

I recommend installing VLC media player : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ for playing video files. This link ( https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...mp;#entry450274 ) works for me and there is a malmsteen97bpm.mp4 file downloadable. Click on the link in the post to download it. Try opening the video file with the VLC media player I suggested. As for video chat - I think there is an issue with running Java on your computer that is blocking the chat from opening. Something must have happened when you installed Cubase.... I usually go for a complete OS reinstall when my PC goes crazy (I know its drastic)

Wait , i had a similar problem once ! You have problem with a registry base ! Take CC cleaner freeware prog, analyze and clean !
