I have never used SD for any pickups, I've spent a few days looking around and this model has gotten some good reviews around the web for its versatility, which is why I want it mainly. Before I buy though, I was wondering if anyone would recommend any other pickups or if they have any experience with Seymour Duncans. If you know any good 7 string pickups, share them as well. My price range is about $110 per pickup, I'm only really looking for a bridge one right now. Trying to get something good in versatility, tight and fat low end, Good for the low range of a 7, but one with enough clarity so a nice shimmer can be brought with the clean tones as well. |
