Been trying this pedal for a few days now. I was actually qurious of the distortion mode as it sounded very close to a high-end radial pedal side by side on 1-2 settings

The distortion mode didn't work well for me but switching to overdrive mode it turned out to be amazing!

Check some reviews online and it's the replacement of a legendary pedal called shredmaster but has tons more gain. Very ironic that there are so many pedals emulating a marshall sound but no one cares for their range. Its definitly not that they're bad, for example I remember reading analogman's king of tone OD (has a 6 months waiting list) is derived from one of their pedals.

The od mode just like the distortion has more than enough gain and output. If the OCD is a crunch channel this is the lead of a marshall. The eq's are not bad, not as dramatic or versatile as my mt2 but very useful to balance how you want to hit the amp or distortion pedal. Can get rediculously heavy to ear piercing trebley, I prefer a jcm800 sort of balance. However you setup the eq, it has more than enough output for balancing.

Its very affordable and great to get extra juice for heavy or lead tones, highly recommended.
