Johnvg-metal Series 2 |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Rhythm placement - 3,8
Cleanness - 4 Feel - 3,5 Posture - 3,5 Sound - 3 Your have a lot of room reverb so I can't really hear the real sound. You should have set your volume louder. Also the backing wasn't loud enough. Sometimes I could hear your picking as if you were not pluged in. You executed all these parts pretty good but it is visible that you're still not 100% comfortable. This is not a bad take at all, (actually very good) but it could be more relaxed and parts could be better connected between each other. -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

Rhythm placement 4
Cleanness 3.6 Feel 3.5 Posture 3.5 Sound 3 That's a good take. I agree with Pedja and Emir about the sound. With a better sound we could evaluate your playing better. -------------------- My lessons

Rhythm placement - 3.5
Cleanness - 3.8 Feel - 3.3 Posture - 3.5 Sound - 3 this sounded very good, and technique was pretty good as well. There are couple of timing issues on the faster parts, but great take in overall. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE
