Flying to the wrong country because you didn't take a closer look at where you were going ? Yes, it can happen !

I don't know about you guys, but if I'm going somewhere I like to know exactly where it is. Not just where I need to be, but where it is in relation to the rest of the country, or the world. I can't imagine flying to a destination that I couldn't find on a map but I would be willing to bet that loads of tourists fly to all these exotic islands like The Seychelles or something without knowing where they actually are !

Thank you so much for this thread Ben! I actually studied Geography and have a university degree in geography, but so many people are that ignorant about even the most basic things concerning this important topic
