Improving Accuracy

Gday mates,

im just wondering if anyone has any tips for improvin ones accuracy.....my accuracy is quite terrible hitting the wrong strings at times and especially when i bend up and come back down the string above the one im bendin rings and its a pain the ass....and i have short fingernails so thats not the problem so i dunno whether its the way i play or hold my hand or what.....any help is greatly appreciated,

Try using your right hand to mute the other strings.

As for string skipping (I think that's what you mean), I believe that will only come with practice and time.

I'v had trouble with bends in the beginning as well

Just take one note you want to bend. Bend it SLOWLY and then release it again. Use your right hand to mute the string above. Then, bend it again. Just practice this 5 to 10 minutes a day. I might seem boring...hehe who am i kidding, It is. But if you master this basic thing you can use the bends to create your own licks that will sound cool
