According to a study by Michigan State University, a healthy lifestyle is defined by four basic criteria:

1.Not smoking
2.Holding weight down
3.Eating right
4.Exercising

Except for smoking, 3 of 4 is not bad biggrin.gif

I've never smoked and as for the other 3... I'm trying LOL!!

But in all honesty I've lost 15lbs and just renewed my gym membership today so on the right track smile.gif

I am trying to drink at least 2 liters of water daily! For that, I keep a bottle near me, all the time! I sometimes like to eat WAY TOO MANY sweets biggrin.gif but it's the only point which is off the hook SOMETIMES biggrin.gif otherwise, I go to the gym 3 times a week, I never smoked and never will, I always walk and eat veggies and fruit almost daily!

Now comes the winter, so I should probably start with more exercises, since there is little of walking to be done in cold.. Everything else is going fine, weight is coming down, quit smoking, eating more veggies and fruits.

I never smoked and just started a new exercising program...and I am eating right at the moment. Now I am waiting for the weight to come off laugh.gif
I got this bet with my buddies that we'll have flat bellies or even a sixpack when going to Rock im Park laugh.gif

But especially around Christmas it is pretty hard to always eat the right things smile.gif

2.Holding weight down - Check (but it jumped up last month for some days)
3.Eating right - IF I WANT TO EAT WINEGUMS FOR BREAKFAST I WILL.
4.Exercising - Check (Gym 4 times each week, and I ran 2 marathons this year. Focussed on my six pack this autumn, and it's taking shape I think)
