Hey, I've been checking out your tutorials as I'm a death metal fan, but I'm really a beginner as it is now and I'm wondering where I should begin? I've only got the experience of about a week of playing (that is, I suck right now!).

Thanks,
Erra

Hi Erra.
I'm a beginner as well and my advice to you (so far) is to practice scales and the notes on the neck of the guitar up to the 12th fret.
Keep doing that nomatter how hurtful and terrible it sounds. Someday it MUST be better....

*woops: ask an instuctor ey*
*sorry about that*

well man, there´s a lesson so popular for beginners, the slayer style begginers one here´s the link.
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/rhythm-gu...style-beginner/
perhaps it takes some time to handle, since your are just starting, but you´ll get some skills for every metal style.

also, this is another point to start.
