GMC Forum _ Competitions _ Results : Student Instructor Lessons

The results are in, and we ended up with some amazing new SI lessons and instructors - I really hope that these are not a one off and that you guys will grace us with some more of your amazing lessons - members can benefit enourmously from your insights!
In order the winners were:
Audiopaal - Rock'n'Roll Lesson (26 Votes)
ZiziTop - Clean & Happy (15 Votes)
Ztevie - Improve Your improvising (14 Votes)
Can the lucky winners PM me thier names and addresses so I can organize the prizes?

I did not pay attention to this. But I just listened to audiopal, and he has a nice rhythm. you are good to listen to audiopal. Norway and Sweden sure have some talent, considering the small populations, impressive. I realize they were once united, at least during the 19th century, or thereabouts.
and being the biggest ass**** on GMC, if it comes from me, has to be true.
Will listen to all, and comment if anyone else strikes my fancy, if not, won't say anything.

Exactly - thats a big part of why we ran this competition - everyone wins! I hope as a result of this people will be inspired to write many more SI lessons!

There was some awesome entries in this competition so I'm happy I managed to win
I think Zizi and Ztevie deserved prizes as well, but the best would have been if everyone got a prize
Since I have a very good soundcard, I will give my price to Trond Vold as that soundcard will make it easier for him to record guitar and vocals in the future
I know you allready have a good sound, but this will help you a bundle and ease the recording process I believe
So.. Congratulations to Trond as well

I believe these lessons can sometimes even be more inspiring than our standard lessons, since they are played by a fellow student (so you should be bale to nail them as well!)
Audiopaal and Zizi- your compositions and lesson were really inspiring, thanks!
On a sidenote - I noticed that some of these lessons almost have 1000 downloads of their main video - cool!

Thank you kris, i really enjoyed recording my lesson, so i was planning on doing a new one ... i'm just waiting to finish my exams ... so stay tuned
