I'm just fishing for some thoughts right now. The third riff I've tried without using it as an arpeggio (using the same chords, but eight notes, or gallops), but I'm uncertain if it even needs to be changed.

Could anyone give me some thoughts on this? I'd really appreciate it!

Great take man!
I think you have something there. I really like those 9th power chords.
The best advice I can give you is to record the song and make some drums bass and keys if you like to make a better idea of the tempo variations and maybe the form of the song (where you're going to place the solos, the melodies, the fills, etc.).
So, when you have all that I think you'll come up with new fresh ideas because when you're listening to the guitar and only the guitar there are somethings that you could miss.
Good luck and keep posting mate biggrin.gif

AS Ramiro said, add any drumtrack, just even a temporary one, as it can give you some future ideas.
The first riff is nice at itself, to the second one try to think of some harmony (with a second guitar track) - I can hear there some low notes played together with this smile.gif

Nice job, keep working on this, it could be a nice one after finishing smile.gif

Yeah, those wide chords are really working. Good song by the way. I would add another part, same notes as first part(where you play 9 chords) but with right hand mute, just wide-interval chords work really well when you mute them.
