GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Outstanding Vocal Performance!

Posted by: Cosmin Lupu Oct 16 2011, 04:59 PM

Hey everyone! I have just discovered these guys and I am simply mesmerized by the vocalist's interpretation! I already posted the electric version in my 'A song a day' thread - you can check it out here: http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=39414&st=140&start=140

...but the unplugged version is BY FAR one of the best vocal takes I've ever listened to! What do you think?

Yeah, I love the timbre of his voice, and he has good technique as well!

He is an awesome singer. I like how he combines the rocker/grunge voice with the falsetto. It sounds original. The guitar job is also interesting on this acoustic version.

He definitely has a tremendous technique, and the frontal position of the voice is perfect, but i don't like the falsetto, i mean I do like how it sounds and I think he uses a lot in this song, maybe if he hadn't us so much it would have more "punch" withing the song........but it just an opinon.....keep the great singers comming!! (are we going to be someday in the list???) ohmy.gif
