The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Well this is overall really good sounding take with tight and clean playing. Just a few tiny spots that sounded like "oh...was this finger here or there"...a miliseconds of hesitation that affect timing or hand sync. I think you really nailed the rhythm and time, besides the beginning vere you rush comparing to drums. 0:19 - To to master a trick where you use more angle of the pick and very little circle picking. It will solve the problem of exceeded tension amount. You can also push you wrist to rest your palm on it's side instead of thumb side. It opens more room for wrist rotation which further gives abilties to play faster with less strength use. 0:29 - this is interesting problem (speaking in fully pro comparison level) - overexpression in left hand causes pitch to go slightly off. If you compare, the next attempt to the same chord sound perfect, most probabl;y becasue your hand had a while to sit well in that spot and adjust the tension to only as much as needed. 0:22 Try to be aware that overdone strums will cause pitch issue like this one. Your also doing well when you transition from faster picking to slower picking. The faster bits require a reduced amount of hand wag and the slower bits benefit from a bit more hand wag in general. This is your hand adapting well to the source material. I do here very slight hesitations in some bits but I think that will smooth out with time. Also, your traverse picking is quite good. You don't get hung up on traverse and it's smooth as glass. I can tell you have put some time in to this one. You play the Mastadon style quite well. I look forward to seeing some of your own material! I think you have this one sorted and are ready to move on. Solid Eight!! POSTURE: Please do switch from side saddle to classical position with your guitar on the left leg and elevate your left foot about six inches on a stack of books. It will change your life. You do a really good job playing this tricky odd rhythm lesson with an unforgiving and very direct/present sound. And your killer right hand control comes in very handy 😎 I do notice slight fluctuations in your tempo compared to Gab's playing, maybe related to the legato issue Gab is speaking about.
