Nice one! The only 2 you might want to go back and check out are number 3, which can also be played C D E G Bb, 1 2 3 5 b7. And the scale choice over Dm7b5 which should be Locrian. Over Ddim Diminished is a great scale choice, but over Dm7b5 Locrian is more appropriate.
