The Great Journey Begins!

This week fellow GMCer Tomas Santa Clara travels across the world from his home in Portugal to my neck of the woods, the Bay Area of California (USA) if you dont remember, a while back i made a thread about a GMC bbq. It was made as a joke, but I had gotten a PM from Tomas telling me about his plans to coming to the Bay Area. Turns out, he would be staying 10 min away from my house! so this week he comes to the U.S. and later this week or next week, we will get together and go on a journey where we will search for a wish list of gear Tomas has given me and show him around, and take him to the guitar shops around the area. hopefully our journey will prove fruitful. now Tomas had his heart set on some real american BBQ....how could I deprive him? Next saturday (the 12th) I organized a BBQ and invited all my musician friends. There will be Bassists, Drummers, Keyboard players, Guitar players, and good company all there to jam and welcome Tomas to the US. we will Document the entire journey, and post back in this thread periodically hopefully this will encourage GMCers near and far to meet up and have some fun.
