Sadly there are many 64/32 bit driver issues still being worked out with various vendors. This could be one of those. You can force your mac to boot in 32 mode (I have to do this to use my Tascam interface since there are not 64 bit drivers for it yet)

Hi - I'm on iMac OSX Lion 10.7.5 and my UX2 interface works. Try going to line6 website and downloading the latest drivers for the device. You need to download the version which first installs drivers (so that unit works) and then gearbox software it should work unless its some weird issue with latest Macs.
