Guaranteed to make your teeth whiter than Ross's on the episode of friends where he got his teeth bleached. laugh.gif laugh.gif

Well brushing teeth in triplets is largely a personal preference, and it should really be up to the mentoree to decide for himself the note count. Monte, I think you went a little wrong here. I personally use 6-tuplets set to about 100 on the metronome when I am brushing my teeth, that's if I am already warmed up. I've been practicing alot lately and my goal is to get to about 140-150 range. I know I might not ever reach the speed that Monte, or Muris can brush their teeth at... but a man can dream...

Sadly, few of us will ever attain Muris speed when brushing....Even with the help of the Kaz-Box. tongue.gif

I often get asked the question...."Dr. Stevens, I have so many teeth and so little time, which teeth should I brush?"

To which I reply

"When deiciding which teeth to brush.... use this as your guide.....Only brush the teeth you want to keep". wink.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
