Alright.. legs definitely say girl rolleyes.gif Hands say man.. blink.gif She/he never shows face so probably never know. Very clever gimmick they have going on. Regardless they have good tone and playing so maybe in the end it's best kept a mystery..sure is frustrating though laugh.gif
Crazy Train..

and yet another.. Mr. Crowley

Cheers!

I dont think the hand syncs properly with the playing, so I suggest that it is girls.... but who knows???

I'd always judge by the hands in a case like this!
Would be a funny idea for a REC-take...but my legs don't look to girly at all! laugh.gif

I remember sitting down a year ago figuring it out. It's a guy smile.gif But he plays great biggrin.gif
Hizaki is great as well. ^^

Seen those before, my guess is it's a dude smile.gif At least that's what the angle of the legs-hip suggests..

Funny what some people will do to get some internet acknowledgement biggrin.gif

I've just seen may videos of him/her and it's hard to tell. On Colorado Buldog you can see a bit of the "front" smile.gif If it's a guy it could be that he has something under the dress so he can look more girly. On the other hand the dancing moves when the guitar isn't playing anything are making me think it's really a girl. Whoever the person is I think the playing is great.

This is freaky.. I mean how does something like this happen?

Guy no. 1 " Hey do you want to get together and Jam"
Guy no. 2 "Sure... lets go!"
Guy no. 1 "I got a great idea!! lets put on these mini skirts while we play"

Now we are at the point where Guy no. 2 should've said "I think I hear my mom/girlfriend/wife/dog calling me.. I have to run"

Bizzaro.. laugh.gif

The quick stares this persons gives are reminiscent of something seen on Twilight Zone or the Outer Limits ohmy.gif Oh and yes.. I would have bet this was a girl. Looks as if this type of act is a trend in Japan. Cool sounding guitar in any event..

There's a very old tradition in Japanese theatre where all parts, including female characters, were played exclusively by men. The best female impersonators were held in very high regard and rewarded greatly for their performances!
biggrin.gif

Not sure if that's where this trend stems from, but it's a possibility!

Cross dressing in theatres was also common in the west, not just in Kabuki. For example in in renaissance England it was illegal for women to perform in theatres. So where does Visual Kei has it from? who knows. But in a society where the norm is not to stick out, people tend to -really- stick out when they first do. Like punk did in England. smile.gif
