I am trying to program my own drums in Sonar Home Studio 6 but I am getting frustrated using the drum map. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a free or cheap step sequencer in the vein of the Fruity Loops sequencer or like the one in home studio 7? Any help is appreciated.

I was wondering if anyone here uses or have used this product. I used it couple of months and started noticing a grayish residue or waxy substance on the fretboard. Tonight i just used it again and i immediately started seeing it turn a grayish color right off the bat. Am i doing something wrong or what?

This is the very first video of my guitar playing. As you can see the quality isn't that great but it will do. Warning: watch out for feedback around four minutes into it.

I was successful in importing one of coheed and cambria's song into the software so i could shift it down a half step and it worked. Now any other song i import doesn't seem to play the attached audio. Everything is setup correctly in the software and it is the same when i did the other song. The tracks seem to be flat when imported but the files themselves are playable in windows media player. Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone recommend a free key shifter for mp3s?

Guys i need help fast before it goes to far. It seems every time i pick up my guitar i get stuck in the same rhythms. I have tried various methods to start playing something new. I have tried listening to different bands before and while i play to try to spark some ideas. I have also tried going into guitar pro and to come up with different rhythms but it they sound stale and not exciting. Any advice is appreciated.
