Hey,
I have a bass with bad pickups, so when I record myself it sounds really awfull, specially when I slap. I might buy a good bass someday, but I can't afford it now. So I wanted to ask you if someone know any good VST for bass (that we can use on cubase smile.gif ) I'd like some VST that can do cool slapping sound smile.gif

Broomstick bass should be a good quality VST, http://www.bornemark.se/bb/index.htm , so I heard...But I don't know about its slap sound..Also Trilogy VST is great for bass - http://www.spectrasonics.net/instruments/trilogy.html ..Maybe even better option than the previous.

I have both and prefer Trilogy - Broomstick has an automatic mode and quite a few patterns which Trilogy lacks, but Trilogy has better sounds IMO.

I've had a go with both too, and much prefer the sound of Trilogy- so many different sounds to choose from too. But i did really like the automatic mode with Broomstick- it was great for making quick jam tracks. I recommend both!
