GMC Forum _ Introduce Yourself ! _ Thunderroar

Posted by: Ulrik Nov 20 2008, 09:46 PM

Hi, my name is Ulrik and I'm from Denmark.

I'm here to learn some new techniques, speed and timing.
I've been playing for a long time, but never had a teacher,
so my development has been rather slow.
Never took the time to learn scales,
which makes improvising quite impossible.

I have put a couple of melodies on myspace just now biggrin.gif

Some is classic/spanish guitar (played on an electric guitar),
the rest is more Heavy.

That's all for now smile.gif

Oh yeah, I used to play bass in a pop/rock band.

But with no real development in my playing I decided to stop and learn some more.
Also the genre was not my preferred genre, but we had some fun.
