Posted by: at lights end Apr 6 2008, 02:59 PM

im way out of my depth here. just downloaded the demo of addictive drums, and it has all thee folders but no actual application. it says on the site that you need a host/sequencer to test it, which i don't believe i have as i don't even know what that is. wacko.gif

No, it means a sequencer software.
Addictive Drums is a plugin. Many sequencers are available. I use Sonar, but there are plenty like Cubase, ProTools, Reaper, etc.

Reaper is a particularly good one to start with as it has an unlimited demo.

Mu.Lab is also a good free one.
