Guitarpro's original setting of tempo is Moderate = 120 BPM. If you change the tempo the phrase "moderate" or "fast" doesn't automatically change. Pavel just tabbed in the piece, changed the tempo but left it as it was "moderate". He could have changed it to "speed of light" and it wouldn' have made a change at all EDIT: 190 bpm is really demanding. If you want to count it this way: it's over 120 bpm at 16th note triplets (the same picking speed with different note groupings). Only the fastest shred lessons reach this tempo or go above.
