GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Neo Soul/polyphia Players Force Fed On Youtube

Just like neoclassical shredders were everywhere in the 80s, it seems the Polyphia style neo sould guys are the new trendy thing and they are proliferating like crazy and have been for many years now. It's to the point where my youtube feed is pretty much packed with these guys. I even avoid clicking on them so as not to encourage the algo to keep shoving it my way. Doesn't seem to help. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate what they are playing. It's not easy, it's crazy hard to do it well. These players are good and some are amazing. it's just no my thing and it all starts to run together after a while. Anyone else seem to be getting pushed this stuff in your youtube feed?

I don't get any of that pushed into my feed.

That video isn't my cup of tea but his skills are insane
