Yes, just go to Line6 and download it. It should of came with your UX1. Install the original CD that came with your UX1 and then run Line6 monkey and it will update everything for you bro.
Or just go to the website and download it. If you don't have the CD that came with your UX1 then you probably don't have the correct driver installed. This may be your problem. There is also a newer driver on there web-site which works really nice. Try this link http://line6.com/software/index.html -------------------- "Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

I am using the UX2 together with POD farm and I must say that I love it.
I have no noticable latency at all the way I am doing it: 1) Play through POD farm stand-alone application on the PC -> output being either the full tone or the dry tone 2) Record that tone in the DAW (am using Sonar myself), without having the POD farm plug-in running. I don't have monitoring on in the DAW, as this will definitely result in some latency 3) If I recorded the dry tone, I apply the POD farm plug-in later for full flexibility. It might be that because my PC has 4Gb of RAM and is fairly recent that I don't have any problems though . -------------------- "Don't practice until you get it right. I wonder if the latency issue is to do with CoreAudio on the Mac (I'm assuming you're using Core rahter than ASIO in Garageband)? As I recall there were some initial issues with Pods and CoreAudio which I think Line6 resolved with a driver update. So it might be worth checking to see if all the drivers are up to date...
BTW - not sure if Cukoos have resolved this but there was an issue with PodFarm and Reaper where you had to use a VSTi wrapper to get PodFarm to run in Reaper on a Mac. -------------------- Get your music professionally mastered by anl AES registered Mastering Engineer.
