donno what genre i'd classify this as... atleast it has backing like everyones saying is necessary hopefully you like it, also if anyone has some tips/hints about backing stuff i would love to hear it! That's an improvement! Although its more conventional to lay down the backing (e.g. chords first) then play the lead on top. The backing is there to help you keep time, the lead is to express yourself. And not to belabor the point, a you don't have a drum machine or other backing yet, I'd use a metronome when you are laying down the backing. -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile
