Oki, the problem with the missing header was resolved by logging in on the main page (although I was actually logged in before....)

Front page is Ok and it's cool, but forum page look like this
 I deleted all GMC cookies but still the same.. Yes, site is running extremely slow here also :/ |

Okay, it's a lot faster now than it was an hour ago. The forums, however, look very plain, not the way they're supposed to look like. A pile of links over white background.
