METALIZED HAILS!

I am Gabriel from Quebec, Canada!

I am a metalhead and university student in history. I've been playing guitar for almost 6 years now. Not always practicing as much as I should (never could I do that!) but I still managed to play quite a lot. In the last years I began to focus more on my playing.

I play in an underground extreme thrash/death metal band called RIOTOR ( http://www.riotor.ca - http://www.myspace.com/riotor ) we have 2 demos out, Death and Destruction and F****** Metal, currently working on a live shaped cd and a 7'' as well as reissues on tape of the demos and soon preprod for the first LP. The fact to have a band gave a great source of motivation to upgrade my skills in the last 2 years. So here I am!

I just suscribed again on GMC for a year after suscribing intitally for 6 months. Been pretty quiet thought!

I used to play a Bc Rich Warlock nj serie but I recently fell in love with an Ibanez prestige s5470 sol so I bought it! Got the guitar for 3 days now and I really like it! It plays so smooth! haha.. Beside that I own a Line 6 Flextone Hd and a Marshall cab.

I'm a die hard metal head that's willing to learn pretty much everything that can be useful to expand my playing. I've been watching and learning from a lot of different lessons yet and I think you guys make an awesome job here. I really enjoy what Mr. Varajic has to show among others! I also make my best to learn all the theory lessons from Mr. Cockburn... might take some time thought as I play by ear.

Well that's about it..!
