As the song is named.

Nothing fancy, but might be a good base for something else.

Anyone have any ideas for a direction that I could go with this?

I like it a lot.

A pretty unheard sound nowadays. A real old western sound I'd call it.

My only recommendation is to clean up some of the faster parts a bit, but otherwise I really like it.

I don't know what else you could put with it... it's kind of rhythm and lead at the same time.

I have been experimenting with Slide and Open G tuning lately.
I would love to get a resonator guitar to this new interest, I have not found anything I liked the sound of yet.

The first few bars are using a slide, then just finger pick&strum.

Thanks for the input

That sounds pretty sweet, western is right, just needs some drums and some backup vocals of someone screaming "yeee-ha!" smile.gif

Open G tuning, eh?
