I never heard from him anything traditional you know, and that´s what I really enjoy on Banjo, not the skills from the players. anyway he is a awesome musician, considered one of the best in his style. Can't listen to anything with one and not want to jump up and dance a jig... same goes for the fiddle too really Here are some great banjo players I thought you may enjoy... (probably one of the best banjo players ever imho) And the not so traditional but I LOVE!!!! I couldn't find a good video but check out Flogging Molly. Bob Schmidt is a very talented banjo player and has some amazing riffs and solos in many or their songs. I saw them live this October and they were amazing. Met Bob after and he is a great guy!!
