today i was stupid enough to run a half marathon, i havent trained the last three weeks because i was ill and even before the 3 weeks i wasnt fit enough to do that!

my legs are hurting like hell now, some ideas to abate that?

Few years ago I played a soccer game (after 10 years of NOT playing)

That's faster than my first and only half marathon. I was never a fan of that distance.

my best time was last summer 1:51:00, that was great... but i wasnt that fat like yet. dry.gif

what distance do you like more that halfmarathon? for me its perfect, because i havent enough time to practise for a complite one!
