So I KNOW we have got some Testament fans in here, So where are they eh?

Chuck Billy has one of the best voices I think, Its very melodic yet incredibly aggressive, and Alex Skolnick.....Well he is just amazing!

Check out some of these classic songs.

Testament - The Legacy
Testament - Practice What You Preach

I don't really know what you're getting at, but I like The Gathering.

Has anyone heard their new album? Worth checking out?

Testament has been, together with Anthrax and the old Metallica, my favourite Trash metal band since I was 11.
That's when I first heard them on a cassette at my uncles place, needless to say I was hooked tongue.gif

Their new album absolutely kick a** too, so I was extremely happy when I put it on smile.gif

By silly I mean it is absolutely sick. They reinvented themselves heavier and pulled it off where post bands try and reinvent themselves and fail. And the new album is a great mix of classic Legacy stuff and The Gathering. Incredible album. I love the whole album smile.gif

I shall definitely check it out then as Legacy and Gathering are, in my opinion, their best works.

I have seen their very first gig in Europe, back in 88 or 87 I think, the Dynamo Show in Eindhoven, god, they rocked the place to the ground, what an amazing live band.

Of course I have their new album, and I like it a lot, even though I liked the last one even better, D.N.R. is just my fave Testament song (together with Alone in the dark)
