No way Matt!
The point is,I use actually ONE setting for each lesson,just like for SRV lesson etc,
amp is the same,cab as well,exfs and on and on.
All I do is little adjustment in EQ section,Gain value,maybe in exfs section sometimes.
I find tone I want at that moment and then I record,
but differences really aren't great,just small editing,that's all.

OK thanks!! I think then I will programme in the SRV settings and save them on my unit. Do you use any compression settings at all ? Im guessing you dont use that single humbucker setting for Gilbert style stuff

No compression,only good old SGL-HUM,dialed not that high tho,maybe 50% or som.

Cool ok! Basically i have no programmed in these SRV settings and saved them
For the Paul Gilbert lesson im just turning the gain up some more, it doesent sound quite the same as yours but it will have to do for now

Well it can't sound exactly like mine cause we don't use same guitar.
And I always do small mastering stuff with EQ so that effects sound a bit as well.
