Hello friend! Welcome to the REC program!

I have to say that this is a very good first lesson. The first thing that I note is that you can play the whole thing at tempo tight with the backing and that's not a small thing, well done!

Your playing on this one is consistent and the main thing to improve is your vibrato technique which isn't consistent yet. It's weak and irregular most of the time so you definitely need to work on it. Check the first phrase on your video and then replay the original lesson. Notice how Emir does a wider vibrato that moves with the groove of the track. That's what you need to get. How?

Hi my friend. Your 1st REC post - welcome !

Gabriel's made some good points. You've got a strong grasp of timing so that's a solid start.

As he said, your vibrato is a little irregular at the moment BUT you've got the correct mechanics and I think you're going to develop a really strong vibrato so I've got high hopes for you there

The main thing that leaps out at me is that you need to master the art of hammer-ons and pull-offs. All of the hammer/pull licks in this lesson are not being played correctly at the moment. You need to be doing 3 separate movements.

1. Pick the first note 2. hammer-on to second note 3. pull-off to first note

At the moment you're just doing the last two steps and missing the initial note that occurs before the hammer-on, like at 0:26. I hope that makes sense ?

You're doing a great job though, keep it up !

Same observations as guys pointed. Most of the work to be made here is on vibrato. It sounds like You know what You should do but don't get that smothness yet - it's a bit square (unconfident) - I would compare is to a series of fast bends in a very tiny pitch range but those bends happen to fast - You need to stretch the time of each motion so it will get that taste we need. I would also advice to be very carefull with FX in You tone. This arrange has a lot of instrumenst in the background. If You add to much reverbs or delay You'lll make the mix blurry.

Aside from above, very nice introduction take with descent timming and (in opposite to vibrato) very confident right hand movements. Good job
