I just can´t find where to upload a picture. There is a picture in my profile, but it´s not shown in the forum at all. Maybe I just can´t see my own avatar? After, there is a left margin of tabs....it's in there called "Edit Avatar Photo" or something. And you'll have to wait a few min before it refreshes.
