Has anyone been able to open a Guitar Pro file with TuxGuitar so far? I've been unable to, as it gives me an error.

Dont know what tuxguitar is but I would try to open the midi file in a sequenser program and save the file from there, then try to open it with tux.... midi files have alot of info and they seem not to use same standard
