Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Killer playing again. Your sessions with Gabriel brings a lot of good into your playing smile.gif

Stephane's lessons are a top noth workouts for right hand dynamics. You got pretty close with those but still some notes disappear when you're moving on the edge of softness. I like how you get that proper warm tone with your picking hand. It's only a matter of getting really good at playing soft yet still precise. Your'e on the good path. There were just a few notes missing and a few moments where unwanted strings were ringing udner the proper notes. Good work!

Hi MisterM! I'm always amazed by the quality of your playing. You are getting better and better after each new take. Congrats!

You already know my opinion about this take because of our work HERE.

I also think that Darius is right about dynamics, there is always more room for dynamics when we work Stephane's lessons, he is a very expressive player. smile.gif

So I'm here just for grading.

Keep on the great job!

Hi this is great. I think that you managed to capture that warm, rounded tone that is so unique to fusion.

Your picking, sweeping and fretting hand work all sound consistent and the timing is accurate as well.

Near the end they lose the control a little bit but the rest of the lesson is brilliant. Well done, very impressed.
