Give Your Metronome A Break, ideas for practicing

Metronomes are great tools for developing timing, precision, speed, and for keeping track of progress.

But sometimes it is good to play with a real drummer.

I 've bookmarked a bunch of famous drummers on youtube to practice with from time to time.

And if you don't like the drummer hit pause and he stops playing. That never works with real drummers.
