Normally you get the 'feature' report, closely followed by a whole new version of the software at a new increased price with no free upgrades as the company has implemented/fixed some of the new 'features'. Bug fixing would have had to have been an incremental free update
 . And of course the new version will have new bugs - er sorry, - future features, encoded.
