What A Surprise!

Jun 17 2009, 09:15 PM	Learning Rock Star Posts: 2.888 Joined: 23-March 07 From: Brighton	Hey guys, today I got to know that the director of my music school chose me (and a few other people) to make music at a party from the grand duke of Luxembourg (it´s the biggest VIP in LUX). Last week, I had an exam where the director was and he likes the stuff I played and so he chose me. I can´t believe it... That´s such a big honor and I´m not feeling nervous at all. I´m gonna play Danza Brasilera, Variations on "Folies d´Espagne" and Valsa Venezolana N°2. Some of you know these pieces (except the last one). It´s gonna be next Thursday and the following Monday. I have to play some classic because there are different groups that play more modern music. Our director wants to have some classical interludes. And classic is definitely the area that I play best.
