I heard a stat that said Americans will spend 450 billion dollars on Christmas alone
I heard another stat that it would only take 20 billion dollars to solve the earth's drinkable water problem and I know that most here at GMC are not Americans , but still I am throwing out this challenge that for every 450 dollars you spend on christmas this year that you donate 20 dollars (to a not for profit)well drilling outfit such as http://www.charitywater.org/ This should be a no brain er |

Yeah, nice initiative!
I gotta admit, I am going to spend approx 100 euros on christmas presents this year, but I already donated 150 euros to the initiative SOS children's villages ( http://www.sos-usa.org/Pages/default.aspx ). Still, I am going to check the initiative you proposed
