Too bad I can't see the video either due to copyright, and on the second link it says AOL video is currently unavailable....

Oh yeah! Paul Gilbert saves the day!
I actually met a kid some months ago that made me laugh and earned my respect! Me and a friend was sitting around trying diffrent guitars at our local guitarshop when this kid, no more then 11-12 years old, walked right over to the counter and said: "I've had enough of these Guitar Hero kids at my school! Do you have any cheap, real guitars?" They directed him to a cheap Squier, and he even got the contact information to a guitar teacher. All I could think was: "Another soul saved!!" Generally I think Guitar Hero is cool because it promotes good music (Rock and similar genres not Rap or Pop) and also introduces young kids to idea of guitar playing. I think that it won't derive anyone who wanted anyway to play a real thing (from playing real guitar) and that it may inspire LOTS of kids to start playing real thing (which they shouldn't if they didn't have that inspiration). -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net
