Hi Gab

I worked on the collab, I posted new take.

Also, I put together my licks in one video.
I'm pretty proud of myself. rolleyes.gif

I sent an MP to Diego BUDICIN.
He allows me to share this BT with my friends on French Forum.

I really like this job, I think I will try on other BT.
I should try to make a BT myself, but those of GMC are so perfect

Great job mate!! I like your phrasing over this backing track. I can notice that all the work here is showing important results in your playing.

Have you tried over the original's lesson backing? It includes more rhythms and variations.

Hi Gab

Thx for grading

New daily work - new crush !
- Super Hard Rock
Section 7 is very speed, I work with metronome, I feel good

Weekly work (I try 4x per week)

- Modal madness 140 BPM OK
I know progress is more important every day
This one is very repetitive - the daily work becomes painful

- Silent night Rocker version
Speed of the arpeggios is so great that I am a bit demotivated, I work slowly and sometimes faster

Hi Gab

I saw Kris's com
It is pretty discouraging to read these things,

I know my guitar level is low.
I know I still have a lot of work to do.
I work hard to get little. I am not a virtuoso like others. I accept my nature and I agree to work more.
I remain humble and hope to become a great guitarist before my death.

Right now, I feel like I’ve crossed a line. I’ve gained confidence.

I don’t think Kris understands how huge my job is every day.
I understand his comments but his note is an insult to my work. mad.gif

Hi mate!

I recommend you to don't take REC take comments as personal. We give feedback based on what we watch and the only objetive is to help you the more possible.

I've read Kris comments and I think that he gave really valuable feedback that I would take! He said that your playing is not sounding relaxed and natural and he suggested to practice at a slower tempo. There is nothing wrong with that, and it doesn't mean that your hard work isn't appreciated. These are suggestions based on the instructor experiences.

We are not virtuosos, we worked really hard for a long time to play like we play, and we are here to share our experiences with you so you can achieve your goals. I wish I had this opportunity when I was in my early days, I still would love to receive feedback from more advanced guitarists! smile.gif

Hi Gab again :-)

Thank you for your encouragement.

I know my faults, I take your advice. I apply them every day at slow speed.
You know better than me that it takes years to build muscle memory and procedural memory.
Moreover, this construction is hindered by our bad habits that must be corrected.

The GMC lessons are often very fast which forces us to work hard.
GMC moves me forward. It gives me a goal.

Excuse me, I know you worked very hard.
What I mean is that some people are relaxed brain and muscle because it’s in their genes.
I’m not one of those people, but nothing is impossible with hard work.

PS: Darius rated 8 and his com is very rich

First take Super Hard Rock
I'm very nervous because I'm learning. You can hear some mistakes :-/
Speed section is great exercise for me

Yeah! You worked really hard and I notice your progress which is endless! It's a bit difficult to note our own progress while we are focused and practising hard but hard work and the right guidance (mentor's feedback) are the key!

That lesson is on the right track. Keep on practising until you feel more familiar with the rhythms!

Enjoy!

Hi Gab

I have little time right now.
I would live in my new house in 10 days. I have a lot of work to do.

I play the guitar very early in the morning, I try to play 40 minutes.
I usually play in the morning and in the evening, but right now I’m too tired to do a evening session.

Super Hard Rock : 100% soon, I keep hard work on this one

I’ll update the post later,

Hi Gab

I'm back - At present, I work 14/19 jazz fusion licks 90% speed
It is difficult to play seriously since 7/8 days because of the flu virus and a lumbago but today I am better

Hi mate! Great to see you working hard on this one!! I can say that you are doing a killer job. These lines are very tricky to play and memorize, you are on the right track.

Keep going!!

Hi MisterM! Great job here!

I can see that you are working very hard on these lessons. The first one is getting closer. You just have to be careful with hands sync when playing the faster alternate picking sections, and also with cleanness when playing sweeps. But this is a good take man, the lesson is tricky.

The second one sounds clean and clear, I think that you are ready to try the normal tempo, what do you think?
