Chorus and delay would probably go into loop,
even phase and octave but some players also like them before amp so try both way and see how you like it. Rest it:Wah, Compressor, Dist or Compressor,Wah, Dist...your choice.

It's your choice mate, some people use the distortion even before wah, but in general wah should be the first in line, then compression, distortion, octave can even be before distortion, as the phaser and chorus, but in general it is good to put phaser, chorus and delay in the FX loop. I think the best way is to experiment and see where they sound the best to your ears.

Here's a question guys:
suppose you have 2 same amps (like on stage), and you have a stereo delay. How will this work: Put stereo delay in FX loop of the amp 1. Plug the left out into return of amp 1.
