I bet you've been asked this, but I'm new, so I'm asking. Your sweep picking is absolutely amazing. Are you using a palm mute near the bridge to mute the strings? I've been practicing your Malmsteen lesson 1, and have been getting a lot of noise, I think I keep moving my palm away because I have long fingers. Hi seamonster! Thank you! I use my left hand fingers to mute the string that I have played or that I don't want to sound. I also use my right hand to mute the lower strings. Check THIS LESSON where I use 3 strings sweeps. There you'll find many camera angles to see what I'm doing. cheers. -------------------- My lessons
