Rhythm & Funk, Lesson By Javier Aviles |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi Tim,
We are working together at Gab's Army so you receive my feedback and guidance mostly there. We already talked about the faster licks of this lesson which need some more practice until you get more familiar with those figures at this tempo. In this lesson you need to focus on that lick and also on adjusting the groove on the second section, when the lead guitar goes from triads to single note funky patterns. This section is not bad, but there is more room to adjust the timing there. Keep on the hard work! -------------------- My lessons
