So this is actually a distortion simulator but placed a lot of effort for guitar too. It can mimic tape, tube, clipping (like a limiter) and recording console coloration incluting creative stuff usually ment for syth. based sounds.

I did a quick test and a bit cpu heavy but really liked the guitar tones, huge collection for amp sim.s and cab.s but doesn't have reverb, delay etc. as its not the vst's focus. Its a promissing swiss army knife type vst.

No loging info etc. needed to try the demo smile.gif

Further notes, I came to the conclusion that this plug-in has the best poweramp sound I tried so far.

Also to note the cpu usage wasn't so much as I commented before, cause the previous BX guitar suit I posted about earlyer is so low I forget to re-adjust my buffer. So its not so cpu hungry.

It shines with amp breakup sounds, say low to moderate or vintage sounds so if you're playing around such tones definitly give it a try. I still haven't tried other uses yet as there were so many presets (I notified the company about this).

Shared some comments with the developer, until they're applyed (if they're applyed) here's a tip;

When making a custom amp from modules, on the destructor module you'll notice there is no poweramp in the presets. Just select soft clipper (botton of preset menu) and increase drive. For further detailed adjustment increase dynamics then adjust drive if needed, its only 4 knobs so shouldn't be so hard.

Also don't forget to try the fx section, I compared the "green dist" to my ts9 and its spot on.
